Handmade 60 mm tin soldier of a Viking warrior. The tin soldier is partly inspired by the famous Lewis chess pieces, where three of the pieces are depicted biting their shields – suggesting they are so-called Berserkers. Researchers believe the pieces were made in Norway in the 12th century, possibly by a craftsman in Trondheim. The tin soldier comes in a beautiful metal box, which also includes a small leaflet with information about Viking warriors.
