Vikingkriger

Handmade 60 mm tin soldier of a Viking warrior with the raven Hugin painted on the shield. The tin soldier is partly inspired by the famous Lewis chess pieces, where three of the pieces are depicted biting their shields – suggesting they are so-called Berserkers. Researchers believe the pieces were made in Norway in the 12th century, possibly by a craftsman in Trondheim. The tin soldier comes in a beautiful metal box, which also includes a small leaflet with information about Viking warriors.
